After two decades in the restaurant industry and forming friendships, partners Jason Franklin, Jim Peery, and John Adam gathered in the summer of 2018 with a shared vision: to open a Statesboro restaurant that would redefine standards for food and service. While extensively traveling and dining across the country, Jason, Jim, and John meticulously documented their observations on ambiance, cuisine, and service.
